By making an appointment for a treatment in our Wellness center, you are accepting our conditions.
Cancellation
Our massages and facial treatments require an accurate planning. When you book a treatment during your stay in our hotel and cancel the same day, we will charge the amount of the treatment. If you are unable to attend and inform us at least 12 hours beforehand, we can reschedule your appointment free of charge. When you would like to cancel your reser vation and inform us at least 12 hours beforehand, we will have to charge 50% of the total amount. When you inform us of the cancellation less than 12 hours before the treatment, we will charge the total amount. Of course we take unexpected circumstances into account. We will decide what is reasonable, depending on the situation.
Not on time
If you are more than 15 minutes too late for your appointment, it could be that we have to shorten the treatment or that we will not able to do the treatment anymore, depending on our planning. We will charge the total amount of the treatment.
